We can pick up from Hakuba train station or Happo bus terminal during our office hours. Please request us in advance!
You can send your luggage to Hakuba in advance so you don’t have to carry it during your travels. For details, please feel free to contact us.
Kindly note that luggage should not be sent directly to the house.
If you would like to arrange a high chair or baby cot for your little one, please let us know in advance.
The high chair is complimentary, and the baby cot is available for ¥5,000. Please note that both are subject to availability.
We provide bath towels for all guests, and hand towels and bath mats in each bathroom. To support eco-friendly practices, we do not replace towels during your stay. Please feel free to use the washing machine and detergent provided.
Please note that toothbrushes are not included, so kindly bring your own. A hair dryer is available at the sink area.
We provide salt and pepper, please feel free to use it! Please note there’s no oil, so kindly bring your own.
