Great Service
Apartment was really good, enough room for six big guys and their stuff. Good Storage to keep snowboards. Close to Echoland (maybe 1km) and shop in 600m Busses to mountains goes 100meter from apartment We got greatest service from Jess and Kanako. They helped us with rides and everything.
Simply Beautiful
Aunty's Cottage was simply beautiful - all amenities surpassed expectations - Makiko, Kana & Jess were outstanding hosts and very helpful in providing information and pickups. They were certainly all available at any time and went above and beyond to organise ski rental hire, trips to supermarket, dropping us off to bus station etc.
Great Experience
We spent 2 nights at Aunty cottage and had a great experience. The cottage has all the amenities you need and was very comfortable and clean. It's a great place to stay with a few guests spending time in Hakuba and we would have loved to stay longer. Outside of being a great spot to stay the hospitality and services provided by Makiko's staff were over the top.
